Quality guarantees

It’s really annoying if you spend time and resources on a lead that turns out to be worthless. That is why we work with the highest quality standards you will find among lead generators. If a lead does not meet these standards, you do not have to pay for it.

If you buy a lead you want to be sure that you have a good chance to score an interesting project. That is why our leads will bring you into contact with sales-ready companies that are waiting to be contacted for a sales pitch. All these companies want to start the software-implementation in the short term (maximum of 1 year).

When, despite our efforts, the quality of a lead does not live up to your expectations you often don’t have to pay for it.

When can you use our quality guarantees:

  • You are already in contact with the company about the project

    If you acquire a lead based on an anonymous report, it is possible that you may already be in contact about the project. Please send us proof within two business days after purchasing the lead, indicating that you have had concrete contact regarding this project in the last 6 months. This evidence should include the project details, the date and the contact person. If you are already in contact, we will reimburse you for the lead.

    If we do not receive the notification or proof of contact within two business days after purchase, we will no longer process the claim.

  • You are unable to get in touch with the contact person

    After you've purchased a lead, we ask you to contact the designated person within two business days, both by email and phone, and to make this attempt for a minimum of 4 weeks. If, after 4 weeks, you have been unsuccessful in establishing contact both by phone and email, you have two weeks to inform us. We will then make an additional effort for the next 2 weeks to reach out on your behalf and schedule an appointment. If this proves unsuccessful as well, we will reimburse you for the lead.

    Claims made more than 6 weeks after purchasing the lead will no longer be considered.

  • The qualification is incorrect, rendering the lead to be of no value to you

    The reports on the leads are carefully prepared through a comprehensive intake interview. However, minor imperfections can occur. If these imperfections result in the lead being of no value to you, for example, if we indicate that the lead is open to a cloud solution and, upon your contact, it turns out not to be the case, and you only offer a cloud solution, then we will reimburse you for the lead.

    Claims made more than 3 months after we introduced the lead to the market will no longer be considered.

  • There is no project planned or the project is postponed by more than a year

    You only receive leads from companies with a serious intention to implement business software. If within 3 months after we introduced the lead to the market, it is revealed that there was no serious project planned or the communicated decision period for the project is postponed by more than 1 year, you can file a claim with us. If the decision is made after this period, we consider it as evolving insights and we cannot approve the claim.

    Claims made more than 3 months after we introduced the lead to the market will no longer be considered.
