- You are already in contact with the prospect about the project
When you purchase a lead on the basis of an anonymous qualification, it may happen that you are already in contact with the company about the project. If that is the case, within 48 hours of buying the lead send us a screenshot from your own CRM system where this contact clearly shows.
- You can’t get in contact with the prospect
We ask you to try to contact the prospect for at least 4 weeks after buying the lead. If you are unable to reach the company, please let us know within 2 weeks after the 4 weeks have passed. We will try to contact the company ourselves for 2 weeks. If this is also unsuccessful you do not have to pay for the lead. Leads returned more than 6 weeks after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
- The qualification is incorrect so the lead has no value for you
We draft the qualifications about the projects as precisely as possible. However, small imperfections cannot be ruled out here. If these errors cause a lead to lose its value, you don’t have to pay for the lead.
- There is no planned project or the project is postponed by more than a year
You will only receive leads for businesses with a serious intention to implement business software in the short term. If within three months of your lead purchase, it turns out that there was no real project planned or the company decides to postpone the project by more than one year, you don’t have to pay for the lead.
If after three months of your lead purchase, a company decides to cancel the implementation or to shift the implementation by more than one year, we consider these new insights. In that case, we will not accept your request for a refund.
